The Main Shrine, also called the Great Hero Hall, is the most important temple building. Steps to the Shrine are a reminder of the aim of (and the journey to) enlightenment in Buddhism. Decorations are for the annual new year festival celebration. The Australian flag flies on the left and the Buddhist flag on the right.
